Kids Fruit Camp

Do your kids feel too self conscious to play sport? Winter sports finished? Want them off technology and using their mind and bodies to be active kids? Kids not actually interested in sport? Bring them along to try ‘Kids Fruit Camp!!’.  What is it you say???

30minutes of fun filled activities and games to get our modern kids exercising and moving their body. There is a combination of activities from bodyweight exercises, obstacle courses, boxing for kids and to top it off, we do 5-10minutes of kids yoga and relaxation at the end and  they all receive a healthy piece of fruit to re-fuel.

Classes are run on Saturday mornings at 9.45am and will run throughout school terms.

There are additional sessions of kids exercise groups available in holiday times. (Timetable under Group Classes)

As a Qualified Children’s Exercise Professional, I value the benefit of healthy active kids and believe we need to promote healthy eating and encourage physical activity for them each and every day. Technology puts a big dent in our kids physical activity and their muscles (including their brain) begin to forget what moving feels like. They get tired. Lethargic. Less responsive. Sleepy. And let’s face it, their personalities and attitudes can change dramatically with regular technology and processed sugars.

Energise With Amy provides a non-threatening and non-judgemental environment with loads of fun to be had. All kids aged between 4-14years are welcome.

Special school holiday sessions will be held.
